The ash tree was a victim of the Emerald Ash Borer. Quarter sawed, segmented construction with alternating grain direction to simulate basket weave. Hand carved, torched and sand blasted. Emerging Emerald borer. Hand carved pine with wire legs and antennas. Finish is waterlox with a gloss sheen.
Measures 11 1/4” tall and 7 1/4” at its widest.
